i want to try the fst-7 training method
ive tried researching so many sites and the only thing i dont understand yet is ,
1)is it better to cycle program so use the method for every bodypart for a couple of weeks and then take a break
or
2) use it for one or two muscles per week that are lagging most and continue program every week

I would say the 2nd if you were intent on doing it. Personally I think it's a near enough pointless method and wouldn't give you any great progress.

FST-7 is normally only used for the smaller or weaker muslce you have
