i thought on jumping into pitt force

looks like that
Sunday
Squats
Legcurls
Calf raise

Tuesday
Bench Press
Dips
Rack-Curls

Thursday
Deadlift
Chin up
seated lateral raise


every exercise just one set...one set of 20 single reps. pause between every rep of 5-20s
your thoughts on it?

@leanr0x In all hobesty it looks like a shit routine for 101 reasons, i think thats why no one has commented.

Just seems like another HIT programme, try doggcrapp or Dorian Yates blood and guts. Both have proven results

in german area, pitt is famous and it simply works
the strongest guy in my old gym was using it and recommendet it to me

I'd take the advise of @brian12 @WinnersNeverQuit but lifting is mostly trail and error so do what ever the fack u wanna do austrian bro ^^.
