I read over the full PHAT article on SS recently. I wanted to start it this Monday I just need to calculate all the percentages for my 3-5 rep max and write everything down. I was wondering though when I would do deadlifts. Would I just be doing stiff legged or Romanian deadlifts? I feel i need to read up on this a bit more.
