Teen routine -PHAT/STRONGLIFT??11955

Just a little background info- I'm 16, been lifting for a year. First half of the year was basically SUPERSETTING and dropsets curls after curls. Only started a strength routine(EK version of WSBB) 6months ago. My current lifts are 220lbs 5x5 deadlift, 220lbs 5x5 squats and 155lbs 5x5 bench. I am looking to build more size and mass now with a new routine so I'm thinking if I should do PHAT or 5x5 STRONGLIFT? Is PHAT too advanced a routine for teens? Thx in advance!

Any of the above is fine- including PHAT or remaining on some version of WSBB. Depends on how much volume you want. -3X
