Well over the last while ive done PHAt several times, 5x5's, Y3T, drop sets, Russian Wave Training and GVT.


Any other ideas of workouts to try? Im looking to lean out at the minute. my strength as gone down after i took a few months off lifting

I'm doing PHD-4. Combination of phat westside and 5/3/1. Pretty nice routine.

Try some sweet bro splits in an order up to your own discretion. Allowing atleast a day between workouts.

Dorian yates' blood and guts... Been on it for a few weeks now and the strenght and size gains have been immense.... You would need a training partner though
