I want bigger chest and shoulder11738

Hey,

Actually i follow a 5 days Split workout. Monday: shoulder, tuesday back, wednesday: Leg, Thursday: Chest, friday: Arms

I progress in every session, but I have the impression that my shoulders and my chest do not grow...

I want to focus on this 2 parts of my body.
Here's my chest and shoulder workout

Shoulder: Military press 4 sets 6-8 reps
Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press 4 Sets 12-15 Reps
Seated Lateral Side Raises 4 Sets 12-15 Reps
Standing Barbell Front Raise 4 Sets 12-15 Reps
Dumbbell Side Lateral Raise, Drop Set 10kg, 8kg, and 6kg 12 Reps on each (x3)

Chest:
Bench press 4 sets 6-8 Reps
Incline fly's 4 sets 10-12 Reps
Superset Dips/ dumbell fly till failure

What do you think about my workout? Some advice?

1 year. Diet from Lazar angelov (online training), 2800 calories for 1m67 and 61 kilos

Your macros seem fine if you are actually hitting those on point. Just keep up the hard work and the gains will come.
