Well ive used Phat/ GVT/ Y3T/ Drop sets. Looking for something new to try? whats this 5/3/1 thing? or what routines do you guys use?

@Hamer93 me too! Dunno what to do though, need something suitable for a cut! I'm thinking of cutting for longer seeing results now more than ever.

@Hamer93 I actually had a Trainer who i used for ages and he did y3t a few months after i finished training with him and called me up to see if i wanted a trail run at it. I used him for a month and did the y3t program. Its intensive, i think i had leg doms for 6 days after each leg workout. Its really an ego busting work out if your used to lifting big and your heads big this workout with separate the pretty ego boys from the men. I shall see if i had the workout cards and ill post them up !!!
