I want to build muscle mass but want to make sure I am doing it correctly. I found this workout plan on bodybuilding.com. Let me know what you think? and if you have any tips or a more effective workout plan. Thanks again. David

Go into the gym, do an exercise, train with intesity, feel the pump, get swole be sore, eat healthy, eat lots, sleep well, and repeat. Not going to look over all that but going to go ahead and say yes.

Well thats was a ridiculous program man.
Abs every day 4 exercises... haha.

Why is there like 10 days in it ?

I'm guessing ur a beginner, u definately DONT need a shoulder day, arm day and a single body part split routine.

How long u working out dude ??

I think ICF Beginner routine is pretty good , I've notice a lot of gains on it, both in strenght and muscle. Search Icecreamfitness on youtube and check the full body routine. Good luck !
