Very stubborn chest!11691

Saddly my chest has always been a week point in my physique. Im currently on a lean bulk and im seeing very steady gains in all muscle groups accept my chest. I mean there is growth to my chest and my lifts are going up but just kinda slow in my opinion compared to the rest of my body. Any ideas as to what todo about it? I dont know if traing chest twice a week(chest monday then like 2 or 3 exersices some other day in the week) is a good idea or just stick with what im doing and just really concentrate on it.

Current Routine: 3 sets flat DB bench
4 sets incline DB bench
3 sets flat BB bench
3 sets low incline guilotine press on smith ss with incline flys
2 sets high, middle, low cable flys

Greatly apperciate any advice!
P.S. What do you think of Dips for lower/over all chest development??

I have a similar problem with my penis

No matter gow hard i hit it, it never grows. Only endurance goes up.

I thought dips trained chest aswell as tri n shoulders but at some machine it showed it only trained tris and shoulder and so did my mate tell me. Kinda confused now..

Btw i'd suggest just variation of amount of reps, heavy/light weight different exercises etc.

@Rico dips do work chest you just have to lean to a 90% angle as close as you can. there is also a mind muscle connection that IMO works on this perfectly
