Stuff related to lifting and nutrition, I'll kick it off.

I eat barely any fruit and veg because it is already effort to eat enough even though I eat doughnuts, pancakes (etc.) and drink chocolate milk every day.

Yeah veggies and fruit is an issue for me to. I sometimes feel I get too much calories from whey protein. I dont go ATG when squatting

Not only do I have lifting songs, but phrases in lifting songs. I'm very particular about starting a heavy set at the precise moments of certain songs.

I also used to get OCD about using certain of the barbells in the gym.

I did this the other day, training partner put a black weight on instead of green to match and I said change it.
He is a noob so asked "are they different?" rather than explain I just said yes :P
