You have NO ideas. You don't even understand the simple principles of trainings, and you are trying to reinvent the wheel? Who the fuck you think you are, this shitout you made here proves how fucked up is your logic and how you lack of knowledge and approve it to training, I would prefer lifting a rock and not train that way, really no effective at all, I'm feeling like kickin your ass right now,damn stupid mofo.

@OP, the last one looks pretty good in my opinion.. make sure to feel those contractions on the light exercises and to go big on those heavy exercises

Rack deads, as with ANY exercise, can be performed in ANY rep range. Rep range of 8-12 is ideal for hypertrophy and rack deads are a great back exercise in any rep range.
