what do you guys think of my Chest workout? my goal is build Muscle and gain strength

Flat Barbell bench press 5x5
Incline Dumbell Press 4x6-10
Flat DB press 4x6-10
Cable crossovers 4x8-10

Looks good. I would add in something like dips or decline presses (barbell or dumbell) to help develop the lower pectoral muscles. Just a thought

no need to flat db press when you already done a flat bb press. Looks good though. Keep those compounds going and trust me mass follows. Do some chest dips brah instead of the flat db press and it will make an excellent mass building workout

normal dips works more on the triceps and chest dips you are more on a angle and your shaping up your chest more and also your a working on your triceps muscle as well.

Also, dont bother with decline press. It actually works your upper chest more than lower, so just do incline.
