Hey guys, after running PHAT for nearly a year and Push Pull Legs for a few months, I am curious to know about other hypertrophy routines. I am starting school in 6 days and would love to make some great gains this year. I just recently hit 172lbs at about 8% body fat (my summer goal) and I would really love to keep on rolling. Some programs I have considered are DC-Training, HST, Max-OT, or even going back to a 5 day split. Any suggestions, feel free to post Thanks shredders.

Current Physique update from today. I've definitely seen some improvements in my legs and chest since the last time I really took pics. Also, I think I'm on the brink of a growth spurt. Been shaving more and I've been putting on minimal fat along with size. I've also got to be social and drink on occasion. Also small treats as well. IIFYM fellas. Thanks for all the help!

I'm thinking of leaving PPL myself and trying out HST for a while. Havent quite made up my mind though

Ehh I must say you are correct Nor. I guess I have been curious how my body will respond to pure hypertrophy training instead of strength/hypertrophy hybrids. I'll still utilize progressive overload as well.

If you want pure hypertrophy the. Do HST I suppose, but if it's working now then don't change man

Hahaha. I always make that dumb ass face when im breathing all the air out of my body. Thats how i flex my core lol. But hell ill probably just do a power/hypertrophy push pull legs. Now my focuses are: Continue to fill out my chest (it has been noticeably improving though), More back thickness, continue to bring my legs up, especially calves, then hit the 3/4/5 in strength weighing under 180.

@Hiiibbbb Ive considered GVT. But actually, on my second/hypertrophy leg day...I usually do GVT 10 x 10 on squats, like 4 sets of calf raises, and a hamstring exercise then call it a day. It hits well.

@Hewy007 Thanks man haha. A lot of hard work/discipline, a tad bit of genetics, and ambition is all it takes.

Thank you @Jelet. Damn it feels good when people I guess tell me I am in good shape or what not. I am always the biggest critic of myself..but now that I see how far I have came it's amazing.
