I would add a few Olympic lifts in there aswell such as cleans and snatches. For explosiveness.

Make sure you keep some cardio/skills training in the mix. I trained purely resistance on an off season and it took me another 2 months to regain my speed, agility and match fitness.

Yea, this is def important. When I initially bulked up I got much worse at basketball. I went from being a 1st or 2nd pick to literally almost last.
