Lying Leg Curl (MI40 TIP)11368

In case u guys bypassed this tip in Ben Pakulski's MI40 program.


When doing lying leg curls, curl the weight with ur HIPS DOWN and then on the 'Negative' portion of the exercise.. try to 'Raise ur knees of the dap' this really INCREASES the tension on the Hamstrings like 10 FOLD.

@Hiiibbbb Definately a try it and see thing but it works. You'll probably have to drop ur usual weight also.
