this! I find the hip hinge movement hard and this has helped.
I simply can't do deadlifts due to weak back, long legs and poor mobility but I can sort of sumo and I can feel and see a big difference. The hamstrhngs get worked well too.

No it definately hits hams and glutes.. cause as the bar comes past ur knees the idea is to thrust hips forward until lockout, the movement just doesnt hit hams and glutes AS HARD as conventionals. IMO.

@4real Thanks man just watched it on Youtube.. doesn't paint the best image of him, i get what he's saying but sounds a little like he felt he wasnt getting attention. I'd give anything to watch a guy like ronnie train in person... he should be thankful for the oppertunity.
