Thx @aarronstenner for the vids, how often do u guys practice those vacuums ? And yeah @coolguy1993 about those cals i have stayed the same 71-73 all the time when ive added cals for 2 months from 2500-3700, somone in there eating my food?? and glad u approve what im doing !

Just an update, i have catched the flu and been sick without a voice the last 2 days .. worked out 2 days ago and i didnt feel good, and now i know why

actually its pretty nice to just be home and not feel guilty about doing nothing,and with the system we have in finland im still getting paid full hoursDDD and started thinking that this is the first time i miss a workout in 6 months

but im atleast doing something: started reading the starting strenght book, it can give me something

and im reading for a finance exam i have in 2 weeks, net present value, free cash flow things..

so ovr n out

@tamere01 thx bud yeah i dont know if the same system is the same everywhere. Here if we get sick and we cant go to work, we go to an private doctor ( the company pays the visit), the doctor says: yeah u should rest for a couple of days, and he sends the info to my employer and i can stay home still getting paid

im gonna now start doing madcow 5x5 or the texas method

So i needed my maxes, and did all maxes for my lifts today in this order

squat 1x4 130 kg
Deadlift 1x1 170kg ( was close to fainting, even if it felt EASY AS FUCK, didnt wanna up the weight, ill try 190 next time)
bench: 100
ohp: 60kg- felt i could have pushed out 65

my morning weight: 72

ill keep u updated on my changed training regimen and its progress

3 Sets of Weighted Dips 3 x 5-8 reps BW +40 kg(my strong one) reps 5,4,3
3 Sets of Weighted Pullups 3 x 8 reps BW+15kg 6,6,6
3 Sets of Triceps Extensions 3 x 8 reps 30kg 8,8,8

and i did all the weights that my excel spreadsheet told me

some guy who could barely walk, had the worst posture i ever seen, was fat and was around 60 years of age and looked like an alcoholic, he looked fucked up

as i squatted i didnt look at what he was doing, but when i started squatting he was benching an empty bar,

when my session was finished, he close gripped 150 kg..

arait guys 2 hours till my photoshoot is starting, ive not been eating any added salt in 3 days as they adviced, crawing salty food

im already thinking about how fucking dirty im going to eat after this shoot, mcdonalds.. or maybe pizza?

@coolguy lol mcdonalds have actually had pizzas and they are on the top 10 list of the most unsucessful fast food ideas in the history lol

orait had a workout today- that sucked cause i actually went down in cals pretty hard before my shoot,no energy, did totally carb free for 4 days and my skin just got thin as fuck..didnt know it worked so good- and the shoot went GREAT, now i can breathe again lol

but here is my all out dirty as fuck refeed aka cheat meal

that was a "family pizza" around 40 cm in diameter macros
c250 f120 p 100 (not accurate, its the macros of another pizzaplaces same size product

now back to 3700cals

and im gonna post the pictures when they are ready if im allowed to..

been busy im moving into town in 1 week, so ive ofc trained but not updated my log, so much to think about now. im gonna live 50m from my school for the upcoming 2 years. so happy!

this feels like a very good progression scheme, 2.5 % per week in the big lifts
last weeks weights felt easy and i could easily move up my 2.5 in all lifts
workouts are shorter but more intense i feel, and i really felt 5x/week was too much, now more energy in the workouts with intense strenght training 3x a week.
now up cals to 3900.. no weight gain in a week, but i feel i get stronger
