yeah...that's horrible..
you will last 2 weeks til ur shoulders scream at you to stop.. you do chest on its own day, then you go and put legs with something else...look at the amount of muscle on your legs compared to chest...which do you think needs its own day? the only thing that makes sense to me is back/shoulders on the same day, even tho I usually only do rear delt on back day

U defo need a rest day in the middle also mate... after 3days i'd suggest a rest day.. then continue.

Are you bulking or cutting?

If I'm bulking I have no prob doing 6 on 1 off

I do low rep the first 3 days and a bit higher reps the second 3 days.

@BRANDON_12 Please don't make your own split - there are soooooo many well balanced (professionally put together) routines out there. You will not be able to make a routine better than a simple LPP, PHAT, HST, etc etc

The routine you posted = burnout, shoulder injurie, and no progression = little gains
