going from cutting to bulking do i go straight from cut calories to bulk calories or up it slowly.

if so what is the correct formula

like from cut cals + 50 a day all the way to bulk cals then maintain or can i go like +100 a day to be faster

I raised mine kind of fast. I upped mine like 200 cals every 3 days and it worked for me.
