Just about to start this programme, hoping to make some nice gains!

On speed work (6 sets, 3 reps) , do you want to Progressively increase the weight every few weeks or do you only increase the weight as your 3-5 rep max increases on the lift?

Adjust the weight according to your 3-5 rep max. Focus more on the speed at which you do the exercise, hence why it's called speed work. Hope this helps!!

@ryan_929 I ran phat a long time and hardly ever increase the weight on the speed exercises.

I would suggest you to increase the weight on all other lifts first.

Oh and be prepared FOR SOME GAIIINZZ.

Progressive overload on a weekly basis.

So more weight, more TUT, or more reps. etc.. every week
