i wana gain muscle without bulking !10990

Hi every one , this is my first thread and i hope u all help me

i want a way that i can gaing muscles without just getting big i want shreded body not bulking and no abs showing is there i way i can do it without going into the bulking way and notice am skinny !

@brian12 In regards to a "bulking season" that is not true if that is what you mean. But bulking by definition is just gaining volume, size, or mass (does not specify if it is lean or not). I have been slow bulking for 2 years, remained cut throughout and have made more gains than most people that go through bulking and cutting phases in order to gain muscle (and have never taken steroids). I'm not trying to call you out just trying to let @Zyood know that you can stay shredded and put on muscle if you do it right.

@Zyood.. From the way you ask your question i am certain that you don't know much what bulking is.. For you to gain muscle is for you to eat, sleep. Start educating yourself.. first know what is your calorie intake ( Macro calculation).. Then do a lean bulk. that answers your question.

Take your time and it's possible. Incorporate HIIT to keep fat gain minimal.

@Abs4Hire Yeah man, I fully agree! But he will need to have some sort of a calorie surplus, which is what I define as a bulk. He doesn't need to get fat, but he will have to accept that he cannot gain muscle exclusively, there will also be some fat gain (IE: not remaining shredded to the max) I typed a very fast comment, probably should have explained myself better

I'd definately go for a slow bulk also if thats what u want... THE KEY ingredient to it being succesful though is pure PATIENCE !!

Ur going to need to set a reasonable goal of like 1-2lbs TOPS per month.
