Lateral Pull Downs
deadlifts
bent over rows
dumbbell rows "chain saws/lawn mower pulls"
Hyper-extensions (weighted if needed)


Chest
Incline Dumbbell Press
Bench Press
Incline Flies
Cable Crossovers
Chest Dips until failure


I personally do this routine. I do 8-10 reps 3 to 4 sets each depending on how good and hard I hit it. once your through your back should feel pretty damn good, along with your chest. Then every other week switch up the dumbells for the barbell If possible. I work my chest on opposite days then my back though.

Try this one.
You are doing oppoding muscle groups with each superset.

Try the first workout with reps.

Go heavy the next time.

Direst and to the point.

burn out w/ few stablizer pushups... if need be

If you're doing chest/back same day.
Try supersetting a back and chest exercise with one another for an intense session

For example..
Bench press.. supersetted with Lat pulldowns 4X10
Incline DB press.. supersetted with bent over rows 4X10
Flat DB Flys.. supersetted with T- Bar rows 4X10
Maybe to finish off Weighted Dips.. supersetted with close grip pull ups.

should feel incredible total upper body DOMS the next day or so...
