i started fat about 1 week and a half ago and i just finished my upper body power a few days ago and today i have to do my back&shoulders hypertrophy, thing is my shoulders and back are already sore, should i use less weights on the exercises or take a rest or push thru it?

Yeah i have a feeling it's TOO advanced for you man. Don't take that as a low blow now there's plenty of time to do these kind of programs.
