greg plitt, jeff seid (douche lol), jim cordova... im just wondering on ways to fill out and CUT my lower chest like those guys not like your averge joe benching freak with alot of sagi/droopyness going on near the nips or an aesthetic round chunkyness going on. obviously decline n dips ect hit lower chest but should elbows be flared out or be tucked into your sides to achieve this cut, sharp, angled "no downlight needed" look. cheers for your adive (any "its genes bro" wanna be's piss off.)

Size and genes bro. Your chest will look more defined based on the size of the muscle and the lack of fat covering it. You can't isolate different parts of the chest, it's all the same point of insertion, it all either contracts or doesn't.

You build that there chest using what ever chest exercises you like (you cant target. No upper or lower chest). Then you get cut and low BF. Thats it. Shape is down to ur dna

just do 20 sets of incline, 20 sets of flat, and 20 sets of decline each chest workout for that full, pumped look brah!

Grab a knife and cut your lower chest, fill it up with silicons untill it looks exact the same and then sew your chest
