How to judge acceptable amount of time between reps? When the reps get up higher in the count and breathing becomes difficult, it may be necessary to take a few breaths in between. 3 secs, 5 secs, what is allowed?

i got 5 reps on 330 at 6'1. Full resets. I presume i could probably get 8-10 on 215 if i went balls out on a good day haha. But im around 184 so... yeah ;_;

I think 15+ reps is a bit out of my league =[

It's cool to see where you guys are at! Planning on hitting some chest/back tomorrow. We will see how I feel! Hope everyone had a good 4th! I drank a lot of beer and spent some time with my lady all in all it was a good day but I'm ready to get back in the gym with Lukas tomorrow and lift some heavy weights!
