PHAT routine rest question.10650

so on saturday its chest/arms hypertrophy day.

then on monday its upper body power.

how is that enough time for rest to recover? thats only 1 day.

It depends on you.

I changed my Phat routine to:

Day 1-> Chest/back Hyp
Day 2 -> Lower body Hyp or power
Day 3 -> Shoulder/arms
Rest
Day 5-> Upper Power
Day 6-> Lower body hyp or Power
Rest

This split works well for me.

@Flo1307 so basically shoulders and arms are trained once a week, chest back and legs twice ? (Never did phat, just wondering)

@samirsaleh Upper body Power includes shoulder& arm exersices too.

Actually i train my arms 3 times cuz they are lagging.

On SHoulder/arms,Upper Body and i throw some arms after the Chest/back hyp day in.
