Been on PHAT for 3 weeks, already seeing gains in strength. really loving the program. A few questions have been pondering in my mind which are...
How to keep the time working out close to around 1 hour. Especially Chest and Arms hypertrophy day, which is a long workout! + does it really matter how long you workout for?
How to develop Arms on this program? my arms are lacking somewhat and they come after doing chest in the same workout so always seem to be fatigued or I'm not fresh and already quite tired.
Also wanting to develop shoulders/traps more and these are worked along side Back on the program. would it be good to switch around and do shoulders before back on that day?
