I have just started back at the gym after about a year off and looking to get back into shape. At the moment I am bulking up and looking for a new training program. I can get to the gym 5 times a week no problem, looking to gain muscle mass and strength. I'm new to this forum shit so go easy on the abbreviations. Seen a lot on PHAT but not sure if it's right for me? Any ideas?

HST !!! haha i just trained a client and put him on HST
first two weeks

his 1RM deadlift has gone from 260 to 340
1RM front squat 115 to 140
1RM bench from 135 to 215

in fucking two weeks

this is ridiculous i was in shock

Depends on what your going for, but you did say strenth and muscle mass, so maybe you can do a mixture of hypertrophy and power based reps / sets / exercises etc. I personally think PHAT would be great ... just my $0.02

I've done a shit load of research on these now and I'm going to go for the Mot-OT for 12 week then on to another, most probably PHAT. Time to clean bulk for months until I hit a decent weight, It's all about summer 2014! Thanks for your help!
