Had to hit 3 seconds on the eccentric, but failed with that on some reps.

Rest is 90 seconds maximum between all sets.

Just posting because I feel pretty good about hitting 4 reps on all sets. I'm out, cya!

Yeah, will do. That was the 7th set, so I was pretty fatigued, but thats the point! Need to find the things that start slipping, once you get tired
