Workout advice thx you very much10500

so I'm doing a one hour workout in the AM:
Day 1 (dead lift/back)
Day 2 (shoulders/triceps)
Day 3 (Squats/Calves)
Rest
Day 4 (chest/bicep)

I just gained 4 hours of my life back per day and I'd like to implement something along the lines of
Day 1 in the AM and Day 2 in the PM
Rest
Day 3 in the AM and Day 4 in the PM
Rest
Abs and some cheap cardio
Rest
xinfinity.

I'm aware that cortisol levels rise once you peak on your testosterone. I'm not aware on how long I have to wait till I can workout again without my cortisol automatically rising.

Suggestions?

Should I just stick to my current routine and watch series on netflix in the PM?

two power lifting one hour work outs per day with a 6-7 hour interval in between each

will that be productive or counterproductive to my muscle hypertrophy?

Well, you do know that muscles grow when you sleep. Sometimes less is more.
