I know how did he not snap his shit up. Cringe.

His chest and shoulders were pretty sculpted though.

U'll generally find movie stars with focus on upper body and less on lower.. i.e. christian bale (batman), brad pitt(Snatch), Tom Hardy (warrior), ryan reynolds (blade trinity).. all unreal upper bodies and no legs.

Friends dont let friends skip leg day. Come on mang.

Yes.

Your not exactly contributing to this forum if ur ALWAYS asking for something.

Your deadlift will progress if u have patience, good form and try slight increases in weight not 5kg/10lbs per week.

I do more than just ask for help and try to make huge jumps in the deadlift.

But where I live I don't know anyone else who deadlifts and hardly anyone speaks English.

Not really that impressive a physique. And I'm surprised his trainers let him get away with such sloppy form on the DL. He could injure himself like that. I don't know if I'll see this movie; Superman is my least favorite superhero, and something about this actor just irks me.

Not impressive? GTFO! Best leading superhero physique I can think of since Arnold or Lou. -3X

@eknight Are you serious? Did you look at the pictures of him in the article. He is neither muscular nor toned, and he has chicken legs. There have been a multitude of recent superheroes that looked better than that, from Chris Evans to Chris Hemsworth and Hugh Jackman.

Another one to argue with the EK, only to be soon shot down.

I await EK's reply

Hugh Jackman? Really? That's who you come back with? Hugh was a lean 180 pounds TOPS for his role as Wolverine. Cavill has him beat by 30 pounds easily. Evans and Hemsworth were both big and lean, but I didn't see anything in their physiques that separated them from Cavill, thus, if he is unimpressive, so must they be. I'd buy your argument for Hemsworth, except for the fact that one of your knocks on Cavill is his legs. Every pic I've seen of Thor he had chicken legs too! LMAO, you formed your opinion on one article without even seeing the movie! WTF is that?? -3X

@eknight That's fine if you think he looks good, and yeah I did say I haven't seen the movie. Just based on those pics he doesn't look impressive. Hugh looked a lot more muscular and shredded, I don't know how much these actors weigh. I don't remember Evans' and Hemsworth's legs. As I said, I don't plan on seeing the movie, but if I do I'll post a revised assessment.

The pics in the article are crap and after the film had finished filming, so he lost all his mass, which is super sad.

They're all pretty comparable in my opinion, from looking at the pics. Evans 6'0" Cavill is 6'1", Jackman at 6'2" and Hemsworth at 6'4" - my vote goes to Hemsworth :-/

@ajones46 I'm ok with that, honestly. I think I forgot how big he was. There's just no way I'd say Cavill is "unimpressive." -3X

Although I'm not a fan of peaked lapeled single breasted jackets or the heavily padded shoulders, it is well fitting. He is also showing an adequate amount of cuff which is become rarer these days. I'd personally choose a different tie as well; Not enough contrast between it and the suit.
