Well after 6 days of spewing and shiting, I feel better; not 100% but enough to eat normal. Stayed at 8lbs loss which should bounce back in no time. Can not wait for the gym Monday!

First day back today. Instead of doing 5/3/1 for squat and deadlifts and I'm going to do more westside for it and do it a max effort day. I'll keep 5/3/1 for bench press though

I got 90kg squat for 1 rep which isn't to bad because I felt really weak. I'll have 100kg no problem in a few weeks
