i would like to know when should i run at phat ,

With intervals do you mean sprints?

I wouldn't do it before my workout, otherwise you'll be tired and not be able to push to the max.

Actually, I'd do the intervals totally seperate. Maybe on your non-training days or just a different time of the day so that you can recover.

Also, train however you would normally train, its the caloric deficit that gives you results.
