Should walking be counted as an excessive on the bmr calculator? Say I don't train but walk for 35-60 minutes per day?

I am sedentary (little or no exercise)
I am lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/week)
I am moderately active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week)
I am very active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days a week)
I am extra active (very hard exercise/sports & physical job or 2x training)

Its not that difficult. Pick one.. pick any one. and use those macros, if they don't give you the desired results, increase or decrease your Macros

You gotta think a little.

You could select Lightly active, write down the number, then moderately active, write down the number, and pick something reasonable between the two and go from there.
