guies, im playing in a ball hockey tournament today.. its 8am, already had 2 shits, a coffee, a protein shake and a donut.. gonna hit a banana here in a sec..

just wundring, if i play ball hockey all day.. an i exert maximum force through my sweat, will i loose all my gainz? maximum or minimumally ?

thx u guys, am i goin to be more vascular after it?? should i consume whey ??

anyways goin to hit upper chest/lower abs and 2 shots of liquid glutamine !

iMO BCAAS , 100 GRAMS , INTRA WORKOUT SUGARS , make sure you dont raise heart rate too much else you loose 1 kg muscle per minute
