|on hypertrophy days when you start with 6 x 3 i dont feel like it does much.. maybe im doing it wrong?
I go at 70% of max 3-5 from power days and i do them explosively going hard up and slow down. i take 30 sec rest between sets. should i lower the rest time?
is it suppose to be really easy?
