Been lifting for six yrs. I'm transitioning from a cut to a slow bulk.

I have a heart condition and my cardiologist wants me to stay in the 10+ Rep range.

What do u recommend?

Any spit/ Any routine:

*Push/Pull/Legs
* Upper/Lower
* 5 Day old school routine

As long as you include big movements - squat, OHP, Bench, Deadlift etc, progress, and balance your routine logically, your good to go.

I suggest a fast bulk. 2-3 lbs a month! (IE: make sure you are always in a calorie surplus, don't toe the line too closely) Of course you don't want to get fat, but I think too many people try to stay cut when bulking.

That programme looks fine, just go over it with your doctor though to get their opinion on it just to be safe though
