More frequent workouts, 2-3 times a week, will produce (arguably) better results than a lot of volume done once a week. Also, you may consider tapering your strong areas by keeping frequency and volume lower as you try to "catch up" your weaker area.

Archdacko 5 7 yearsCameronSM (4): i have started with the 'V' shape recently and have found that warming up back with wide grip over-hand chin ups x4 sets, till failure really brings out your lats, wide grip lat pull down is always the main one in people's opinion but yeah, those chin up's are great!! also, bent over barbell row, found it to throw alot of mass on the V-taper
