I only have them on when I squat. I take them off for the rest of my workout and wash them after every 1 or 2 uses. I hear people say theirs have worn out but mine are mint, so I'm assuming this helps.

But that is also due in part to the strength training I did prior to PHAT. The more strength you have means the more reps you can do at a higher weight which = progressive overload which = growth. Don't forget to have a proper diet either. Too many people over look that!
