The Truth on Sodium Jelet 19 4 yearsSharkoon1 (565): I will cut back on water, and increase my salt, well that could be a reason im sometimes so dehydrated and fatigue, also the fact that im sweating like a dog. I don't know maybe a dumb question i heard you should up your salt not from one day to another by alot it could lead to bad hydration is that wrong ?

So if I feel like I had a day where I had too much sodium (I.E.-Cheat meal at a Chinese Restaurant), I might eat like an extra banana.
