Football/strength/cutting Robin 3 4 yearsRobin (1): Cool. I do intermittent fasting and eat between 12 and 5 and it's been working like magic. I was thinking if I did a refeed my match starts at around 3.30 and ends around 5. So I thought I might eat all my food before 4 on my chest/refeed day then do a 24hour fast after. John Romaniello does a feast fast thing where he does a full cheat day followed by a full fast the next day so u could do that.
