I have no idea how many calories someone would burn doing a specific activity. Honestly, I think it's a big waste of time worrying about that. I personally calculate how many calories I need to eat to accomplish my goal, and just eat the same amount every day. Can't go wrong.

As for mono and poly fats just eat good sources of fat and they will take care of themselves - olive oil, peanuts, avocados, eggs etc.
