Keep in mind this type of training is not designed to be practiced more then 30 mins i would say. And that is at a max. 1-3 times a week. I would also recommend using occlusion somewhat 'cycled' and not to be used to substitute heavy training. But its more then just 'trapping blood' to the occluded muscle. By occluding the muscle you activate muscle fibers...
