Need help with lats ! adem94 7 7 yearsseansm10 (906): so what youre saying is, the less wide you go on pullups, the wider your lats get lol. when you do your pullups try and pinch your arms back like youre trying to squeeze your shoulderblades in conjunction with what mcqueef said, try it just standing there and move your arms up and down until you can feel that contraction in your back
