Target weight, does this exists? Colossus 4 4 yearsTamere02 (1474): @Colossus Im confused about what you mean by 'target weight'. You set your target weight to suit your goals. There wont be a scientific weight because there isn't a target weight. Weightclass athlete= weight they have to weigh is the target weight For anyone else there really shouldn't be a target weight, you gain or lose weight until your happy with how you look or strength/ weight ratio or overall strength or whatever your goal is.

genetics of a strongman DEXchidera Jump to first page54Jump to last page 5 yearseknight (58109): I would presume a realistic person would figure it out before then. I placed 2nd in 4 bodybuilding shows before I reassessed my goals. Not last, but not where I wanted to be. -3X
Lyle McDonald max genetic golagola Jump to first page35Jump to last page 5 yearsDexdbest (4792): Growing up in Nigeria I have seen a lot of hustlers(brick layers, laborers, carpenters etc) who many on these boards would consider roid users, however steroids are extremely expensive and rare in Nigeria .. Why would a bricklayer waste money on steroids when he has a family to feed. Truth be told the human body can achieve much more than you think.. No way of knowing someone is juicing for sure

Identifying good genetics Hamer93 Jump to first page36Jump to last page 6 yearseknight (58109): Not sure how to identify good genetics, but I can sure as hell identify bad ones. No matter how lean, or big, or lean AND big I get, I'll never look as "good," from a bodybuilding perspective, as @the1 or any other bodybuilders. He has more full muscle bellies, better tie-ins, and a denser, harder look. -3X

How Your Genes Impact Fat Loss +Muscle Gain? RohanFLB 1 6 yearsRohanFLB (103): Sorry about being under the radar for the past 3 or so weeks. I locked myself in my room to finish a program but then I had some massive ex GF drama to deal with – some people get super creepy when they don't get what they want and need serious help. Anyways... In the meantime, lots of people have been asking about genes and genetics so I thought I'd share some of my findings about genetics, fat loss, and muscle gain in this video. There's...

Natural Bodybuilding - What can you expect? Thor Jump to first page42Jump to last page 7 yearsPittMuscle (1896): I don't know if I'd go as far to say as most of them will, but I definitely think a few will. Some just might not have the desire to get bigger than they naturally can. Some are scared of pinning too. I think it's a good thing you're looking away from a PH cycle though, they just aren't worth it, despite what some will think after running one. Hit me up if you need any help bro!
