Protein macro count pcamp607 9 7 yearsshockingfit (334): I'm just saying if you aim for total 250g of protein per day then you don't count the "incomplete" protein toward that goal but you DO count it toward you daily calorie goal. This is obviously only for people that are maximizing and optimizing every detail. You probably don't need to worry this much about this.
