Ab Exercises for Fused Spine xckks 3 2 yearskickinchicken (8716): Do not use and bending or twisting movements whatsoever. You should be focusing on your core and lower back strength. The anterior abdominal muscular development will follow at it's own pace for now. leg raises, planks, etc are best. Also, focus on pelvic flexibility to help reduce the need to bend your back and place added stress on it. Just google pelvic or hip mobility exercises. Joe Defranco has some good stuff on youtube.

My dorm has a grill, so i've grilled some chicken breasts before for lugging around. Almonds are awesome. Sometimes i just bring the shaker bottle with a scoop of whey. but definitely load up from the food courts.
Tips while having exams Reco 8 7 yearsReco (117): Again thanks. Before an exam I always listen to chilly, nice music to let my mind wander somewhere and then concentrate at 100% during the exam. When I have an exam that last 2 hours, should I consume a chocolate bar right at the beginning or after 1 hour? I've read that after 1hour ( or 1hour before the end) is the best.
