I think I got some bad advice and was uneducated early on and it made me biased towards carbs so I'm trying to get out of that mindset and get comfortable with them being much higher. Most days I feel guilty getting myself to eat 100g or so cause for some reason I think cutting back on carbs is magical or something lol.

I totally agree with EK and MrMailliw, stop making it complicated and just experiment with your daily calorie in take until you get a steady and controlled weight loss.

What are your macros like on your cut, how long have you been stuck, and why hasn't a normal calorie deficit worked? Are you tracking everything with an app and keeping fat grams around 35-40% total body weight? Not saying carb cycling won't work or help but it's unusual to hit a wall at 5 weeks.
