So take a small key or something, place it in different corners and spots on the scale, make sure the readings stays the same.

Plus if ur bulking, i would think(correct me please if i'm wrong) but with protein being a thermogenic.. the more it outways the carbs i.e. high protein diet, the cals ur body will expend trying to break it down meaning to gain adding weight u would need additional cals on TOP of your bulk total. That would be my understanding.

I was eating more per day and wasn't losing weight then either. Adding cardio and cutting cals were results of not dropping weight week to week. Its a frustrating problem. It should be a simple matter of eating less than I'm putting out but I can't seem to figure out how much to eat and still lose weight. I keep slowly reducing cals and yet I'm not getting anywhere.
