Chest is optional. Measure on one side only each time. Grasp skin to bring up the skin and tissue but no muscle. Do it cold (not after a workout, or at the end of the day) and fasted is a better than fed. You can't just convert the skin fold tests to a percentage - you'll need a formula or a chart.
